Booking a presentation is straightforward. Simply send me an email with a brief outline of what you’re looking for. The length of each talk is flexible: some groups prefer a concise forty‑five‑minute session, while most opt for a full hour. I’m happy to tailor the duration to suit your needs with prior notice.

Once I receive your request, I’ll send you a short booking form so you can confirm the details or add any additional information.

Each talk lasts around one hour and can be presented at a venue of your choice. The fee is just £50, which includes all travel costs. I also welcome donations in support of the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund.

I bring all the necessary equipment, including a high‑quality projector, projector screen, stands, laptop, and all associated leads. For audiences under 50–60 people, a microphone is not required; for larger venues, I am happy to use the in‑house sound system.
